1) Who we are

2) Acceptance of these Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the App.

3) The App

DAD ON helps you remember what matters about your family — including memory bank notes, dates, and optional reminders.

The App may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time.

4) Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use the App.

If you are under the age where parental consent is required, you may use the App only with appropriate consent and supervision.

5) Subscriptions and purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription.

  • Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled under the store’s terms and policies.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device account settings.

6) License and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

  • misuse the App or attempt to interfere with its normal operation
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code except where permitted by law
  • use the App to violate any law or third-party rights
  • upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes intellectual property rights

7) User content (family details, memory bank, notes)

You retain your rights in content you create or store in the App.

You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your content only as necessary to provide the App (for example optional email reminders you enable).

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit.

8) Intellectual property

The App and its underlying software, design, and branding are owned by Blue Life Media ApS and/or licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

9) Third-party services

The App may use third-party services (for example analytics, crash reporting, subscription management, email delivery, or hosting). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms.

10) Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Reminder suggestions are ideas only. You are responsible for your own actions and communications with your family.

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blue Life Media ApS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data.

Our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid (if any) to use the App in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if we need to do so for security, legal, or operational reasons.

You may stop using the App at any time.

13) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice in the App or by other reasonable means.

14) Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of laws rules.

Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Denmark unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
